1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MockCenter's IELTS mock test platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MockCenter provides online IELTS mock tests, practice materials, and related educational services. Our tests are designed for practice purposes and are not official IELTS examinations.

MockCenter is not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription & Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Copy, distribute, or disclose test content
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MockCenter, including tests, questions, and materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Score Predictions

Band score predictions are estimates based on our scoring algorithms. They are not guaranteed results and should not be considered official IELTS scores. Actual IELTS scores may vary.

8. Band Guarantee

Our band guarantee is subject to specific terms:

Complete our recommended practice plan

Take official IELTS within 30 days

Provide score documentation

9. Training Center (B2B) Terms

Training centers agree to additional terms:

  • Obtain necessary consents from students before sharing data
  • Use the Service only for legitimate educational purposes
  • Not resell or sublicense the Service without authorization

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOCKCENTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
